About Nature's Bliss Yoga
Nature's Bliss Yoga grew out of my love of both yoga and nature. Practicing in the natural landscapes inspired me in my both my practice of asanas (poses) and meditation. In nature, I was able to center myself and find tranquility, essentially my "Bliss".
Since starting the company, my love for both yoga and fitness has expanded to include many types of yoga and physical activity. I now find my "bliss" in everything that I do and teach.
Nature's Bliss Yoga offers a variety of classes ranging from Traditional Hatha to more fitness based Yoga, as well as Personal Training, Group Training and Spinning.
Yoga & Fitness classes offered:
Hatha Yoga - Ranging from low to moderate intensity of traditional poses and flow.
Fit & Flow Yoga - Yoga incorporating aspects of fitness, including resistance bands and body weight. A full body workout.
Yoga & Weights - Inspired by Yoga Sculpt™, this class offers strength training while incorporating Yoga stretches. Tone and sculpt the body one class at a time.
HITT Yoga - Inspired by Yoga Shred™, this class offers Yoga at a higher intensity. Be prepared to sweat.
Chair Yoga - A gentler version of Yoga using a chair for assistance. Sitting or standing optional.
Yoga Abs - Yoga that focuses on strengthening the Core - from collarbone to pelvis and everything in between.
Yoga Tune Up - "Yoga Tune Up® is a fitness therapy format built around the three P's – Pain, Posture and Performance. It helps eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance through a unique blend of yoga, Corrective Exercise, Self-Massage, and Breath Strategies. By helping to identify and target your "body blind spots"; areas that are most overused, underused, or misused, YTU heals damaged muscle, increases strength and establishes healthy movement patterns."
Bootcamp - A full body workout to tone and stretch your body. Classes focus on improving cardiovascular performance, lean body mass and stability. Classes may include using body weight, kettle bells, hand weights, Equalizer Bars, fitness balls, medicine balls, steppers, to name just a few. Designed to motivate and challenge. All levels welcomed.
Spinning - An active cardio class using Spinner indoor bikes to help improve cardiovascular performance.
